Why We Exist
Across Portland, countless spaces sit underutilized — parking lots, patios, courtyards, and commercial properties with untapped potential. At the same time, talented food cart owners are searching for consistent, well-organized opportunities to reach new audiences. Rose City Wide was created to connect those two worlds.
Our mission is simple:
To bring structure, professionalism, and shared promotion to city-wide food cart activations — making it easier for hosts to engage their communities and for vendors to grow their reach.
